Speech recognition seems to work great [I'm actually using it to post this message] everywhere except Live Messenger. I'm using the latest build 8.0.0689.00. Speech recognition keeps asking me "what was that?" when I attempt to dictate into a conversation window. I know, I know, it's just beta software so is this a known issue?
Thanks Darrell

Speech recognition doesn't work in Live Messenger?

D'OH!!! ..... answered my own question!
It DOES work in Live Messenger AFTER you right click on the speech recognition applet, choose options, then check "Enable dictation everywhere"
